Background

When the company released the new point-of-sales product, they wanted to renew the Help Center website. I helped refresh and improve the website experience.

My Work

  • Audited the website to identify problems
  • Created website checklist and sitemap
  • Designed 3 homepage wireframes to discuss layout
  • Provided high-fidelity UI mockup and prototype

Challenges

  • Because the existing help center was built on MadCap CMS, the design choices were limited
  • Before the design phase was completed, the developer left the company, and we were not able to secure the resources to build the website
