  • Collaborated with an external agency to create UI components, as well as the page layouts

Challenges

  • Wireframes and design ideas the agency provided didn't match our design system
  • The design phase with the agency took longer than we anticipated. The UX team needed to create MVP version to meet the deadline
  • There were a lot of technical issue with the new navigation and breadcrumb. As a result, it caused confusion to users
